Dictaphone Enterprise Speech System

On-Premise Dictation and Speech Recognition System

The components of the Dictaphone Enterprise Speech System (DESS) are:

  • VoiceSystem (EXVoice)
  • TextSystem (EXText)
  • Enterprise Workstation (EWS)
  • Turbo Speech (EXSpeech)

Specific components of the Dictaphone Enterprise Speech System will vary depending on your facilities system design. The DESS system could be located entirely within your organization (on-site) or subscription based (hosted Ichart). Note that Straight Talk NE and most dictation input devices (i.e. Connexions phones, PowerMics, GoMD, Walkabout, and Olympus portables) is included in the DESS system.

Telephone support is provided 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Note that you must have a current maintenance service agreement to receive support.

This is the path for initiating Depot Repair service requests.  We are available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern time.
