The Nuance Volume License Program (VLP) is a program that
enables customers to license software for use, rather than purchase "boxed" products
per user.
This reduces product costs by eliminating unnecessary media, documentation, packaging, warehousing, and shipping.
The savings are passed on to the customer in the form of a discount off the standard price. It is easy to qualify for the VLP with its low initial purchase requirement.

How VLP works
A license must be purchased for every user (no concurrency)
Discount level is established by order quantity per product edition.
An initial order of 10 seats of any one product edition is required to
qualify for VLP
Re-orders for the same product edition may be placed for as little as five seats
Re-orders must be placed within 60 days of the prior order for the product
edition in order to qualify for the same Program Level
The license delivery consists of a certificate, CD and product manual
