Many of Nuance’s medical language specialists, transition to Nuance Transcription Services (NTS) from hospital employers. When NTS forms a partnership with a hospital, our goal is to retain all of the transcriptionist employees.

We understand the transition from a hospital-based position to the production-based environment can be stressful and NTS works very closely with each individual to ensure a smooth transition. When the outsourcing announcement is made, NTS sends a senior-level manager and/or a human resources member on site with comprehensive information including offer letters and transition packets.
